During your first appointment, we'll complete a comprehensive skin analysis, discuss your goals, evaluate your skin, and begin conditioning your skin for future corrective treatments.

Healthy skin responds better to corrective treatments.
Before recommending stronger treatments such as chemical peels or microneedling, your skin must first be properly conditioned.
This helps improve treatment outcomes while supporting healthier skin throughout your program.

Some clients complete Skin Conditioning only.
Others continue into Skin Correction and Skin Restoration.
Every recommendation is personalized.
Why don't you offer one-time corrective treatments?
Corrective skincare requires consistency.
Rather than selling individual treatments, Complexion Code follows a structured program designed to produce more predictable, long-term improvements.
Do I have to purchase skincare products?
Home care is an important part of achieving optimal results.
Your personalized recommendations will be discussed during your program, and you'll receive guidance on the products best suited for your skin.
Do you guarantee results?
Every person’s skin is unique, so specific results cannot be guaranteed. However, The Complexion Code Method is intentionally structured in phases to protect both your skin and your investment.
Everyone begins with the Condition Phase, where we prepare and strengthen the skin while gradually introducing mild corrective treatments. This allows us to evaluate how safely your skin tolerates treatment and how well it respondsbefore progressing to more advanced correction.
If your skin is responding appropriately, we move forward. If it isn’t, we don’t simply continue with more aggressive treatments or ask you to invest in the next phase.
Why is enrollment seasonal?
Corrective treatments are intentionally performed during our annual treatment season from September through May.
This schedule supports proper skin healing, sun protection, and consistency throughout the corrective process.
Enrollment is intentionally limited so every client receives personalized attention throughout each phase of treatment.
What happens after I complete my program?
Once you've completed your personalized program, you'll transition into maintenance through our Complexion Refresh Assessment.
This annual assessment allows us to evaluate your skin, review your home-care routine, and recommend the next steps to maintain your results.
