Meet The Creator of Complexion Code

Real Guidance. Real Results.

A Personalized Plan.

I created Complexion Code because I realized most women don't need another facial.

They need someone to teach them what their skin actually needs.

My goal isn't to have you dependent on me forever.

My goal is to help you understand your skin, build healthier habits, and create results you can maintain long after the program is complete.

That's why every client begins with Skin Conditioning.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything You Need to Know Before Beginning Your Complexion Code Journey.

What is Complexion Code?

Complexion Code is a structured corrective skincare method designed to improve the appearance of hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone, melasma, acne scars, enlarged pores, fine lines, and overall skin quality.

Unlike traditional facial services, Complexion Code follows a personalized treatment plan that helps you understand your skin, improve your skin, and maintain your results.

Do I start with a consultation?

No.

Every new client begins with the Skin Conditioning Program.

During your first appointment, we'll complete a comprehensive skin analysis, discuss your goals, evaluate your skin, and begin conditioning your skin for future corrective treatments.

Why does everyone begin with Skin Conditioning?

Healthy skin responds better to corrective treatments.

Before recommending stronger treatments such as chemical peels or microneedling, your skin must first be properly conditioned.

This helps improve treatment outcomes while supporting healthier skin throughout your program.

What skin concerns do you treat?

Complexion Code focuses on improving the appearance of:

  • Hyperpigmentation

  • Uneven skin tone

  • Melasma

  • Post-acne discoloration

  • Acne scars

  • Enlarged pores

  • Fine lines

  • Skin texture

  • Loss of firmness

  • Mature and perimenopausal skin

Do you treat active acne?

Complexion Code is not an acne treatment program.

If active acne is present, we'll determine whether your skin is an appropriate candidate for corrective treatment or whether medical evaluation or additional lifestyle changes may be recommended before beginning corrective care.

Do you work with melanated skin?

Yes.

Complexion Code was developed with a strong focus on treating melanated skin safely and thoughtfully.

Every treatment plan is customized based on your skin type, skin condition, treatment goals, and how your skin responds throughout the program.

How many treatments will I need?

Every client begins with the Skin Conditioning Program.

After that, recommendations are made based on your progress, consistency with home care, and treatment goals.

Some clients complete Skin Conditioning only.

Others continue into Skin Correction and Skin Restoration.

Every recommendation is personalized.

Why don't you offer one-time corrective treatments?

Corrective skincare requires consistency.

Rather than selling individual treatments, Complexion Code follows a structured program designed to produce more predictable, long-term improvements.

Do I have to purchase skincare products?

Home care is an important part of achieving optimal results.

Your personalized recommendations will be discussed during your program, and you'll receive guidance on the products best suited for your skin.

Do you guarantee results?

Every person's skin is unique, and results vary based on factors such as skin condition, consistency with home care, lifestyle, sun protection, and individual healing response.

While no provider can guarantee specific results, every treatment plan is designed to support healthier, stronger, and more even-looking skin.

Why is enrollment seasonal?

Corrective treatments are intentionally performed during our annual treatment season from September through April.

This schedule supports proper skin healing, sun protection, and consistency throughout the corrective process.

Enrollment is intentionally limited so every client receives personalized attention throughout each phase of treatment.

What happens after I complete my program?

Once you've completed your personalized program, you'll transition into maintenance through our Complexion Refresh Assessment.

This annual assessment allows us to evaluate your skin, review your home-care routine, and recommend the next steps to maintain your results.

How do I get started?

Every journey begins with Seasonal Enrollment.

If enrollment is currently open, you'll schedule your Skin Conditioning Program.

If enrollment is closed, you're invited to join our Priority Waitlist for the next treatment season.
