Missed appointments, late arrivals, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to the policies communicated at the time of booking.

Treatment Eligibility

Complexion Code reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment if:

  • Treatment is no longer clinically appropriate.

  • Home-care instructions are consistently not followed.

  • Client safety may be compromised.

  • Professional recommendations are declined.

  • A respectful provider-client relationship cannot be maintained.

Any such decision is made in the interest of providing safe, ethical, and effective care.

Photographs

With your permission, clinical photographs may be taken to document treatment progress.

Photographs used for marketing purposes will only be used with written client authorization.
